CACIOFIORE CHICORY AND SAUSAGE
Ingredients (for 2 people)
200 gr. Boiled chicory
100 gr. Caciofiore cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 sausages
Remove the skin of the sausages and crumble them.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the boiled chicory well drained. After 3 minutes add the sausages and let them brown lightly.
Cut the Caciofiore cheese into small pieces and put them in the pan, blast for a few moments at moderate fire.


CACIOFIORE IN A PAN
Ingredients (for 2 people)
200 gr. Caciofiore cheese
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Slice the caciofiore cheese, take a pan and pour the 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, when the vinegar starts boiling put the slices of Caciofiore cheese, turn them right away and as the Caciofiore starts to blend serve it directly from the pan to the plate.
